Unstuck and On Target

Unstuck and On Target is an evidence-based intervention for children aged 8-11 years old who have difficulty with one or more areas of EF, including flexibility, problem-solving, coping, and goal setting.

Beginning Thursday, March 24th (6:30 - 8:00 pm) and running weekly for 10 sessions, a team of psychologists, educators + occupational therapists will work with your child in a group setting to improve their EF skills, focusing on identified areas where they may need a little help. Through this program, we aim to arm your children with strategies to help them become more flexible, well-regulated problem solvers. This weekly group will take place in-person at Flourish on Queen (2243 Queen St E).
