Jessica Diamond is a Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist that operates The Help Hub in the Junction in Toronto and enthusiastically visits Flourish on Queen one day a week to offer her support to east end families. As a therapist and mother of three, Jessica knows that parenting can be tough - and when things feel out of balance, chaotic or overwhelming, it can feel unmanageable. Jessica supports families by offering individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching.
Jessica approaches her practice collaboratively, working with young people and families to help them strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. Jessica believes in evidence-informed care and is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including play-based approaches, and works with families to find an approach that feels like a good fit for them.
Jessica has her Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, and her Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University.
